Mission Update

While in Ghana I learned some information that necessitated changing the scope of our mission at this point. Instead of focusing on providing funds for a specific foster home, the Foundation is going to focus our attentions on helping foster homes with specific projects, like initiating electricity service or providing mosquito nets, and establishing educational scholarships for children in foster care so they can break free of the cycle of poverty.

We will also conduct donation drives for specific items that can be hand delivered to Ghana. Foremost, the children need vitamins. Without refrigeration the children do not have access to many nutrients that we take for granted in the United States. A daily dose of Flintstones can help stave of scurvy, anemia, eyesight problems, skin conditions, and other issues due to poor nutrition. If you or your organization are interested in doing a vitamin drive, please contact us to discuss details. Your support can help these children have a healthier tomorrow!

  1. Hey Beckie, Hope this helps.
I will be talking to Mic's school about doing a vitamin drive.
So glad you are back home with your whole family. How is Lydia? Is she feeling any better?
    With love and prayers, Connie
